It only runs on 32bit windows. We will compile it for 64bit tonight and upload it.

You need framework 4.5. Check your installed version of framework and update it if needed.

I have the same problem with another computer with OS Windows 7 x64 bit, without proxy configuration and with the .Net Framework version 4.5.1
